The STM Genomics Platform, located within Monash University's School of Translational Medicine (STM) at the Alfred Centre, provides a full suite of cutting-edge services tailored to meet the needs of researchers across various fields who are seeking to integrate Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) into their projects. Whether you are conducting small-scale studies or large, complex genomic research, we are equipped with the latest technologies to support your vision.

Our platform features state-of-the-art sequencing instruments, including the Illumina NovaSeq 6000, which combines high-throughput capacity with precise base-by-base calling. From whole-genome sequencing to RNA-seq and specialised custom projects, our expertise and experience are focused on delivering reliable data for your novel analyses.
