The STM Genomics Platform, located within Monash University's School of Translational Medicine (STM) at the Alfred Centre, provides a full suite of cutting-edge services tailored to meet the needs of researchers across various fields who are seeking to integrate Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) into their projects. Whether you are conducting small-scale studies or large, complex genomic research, we are equipped with the latest technologies to support your vision.

Our platform features state-of-the-art sequencing instruments, including the Illumina NovaSeq 6000, which combines high-throughput capacity with precise base-by-base calling. From whole-genome sequencing to RNA-seq and specialised custom projects, our expertise and experience are focused on delivering reliable data for your novel analyses. We are committed to providing personalised consultation, project design support, and timely data delivery, enabling researchers to achieve high-quality, dependable results.
