Monash Food Innovation is a vertically integrated innovation hub in the FMCG sector, launched as a joint venture between
Mondelez International and the Victorian Government. Acquired by Monash University in 2016 and fully integrated in 2019, we
focus on front-end innovation across Industry, Education, and Research.
As a one-stop shop, we collaborate with industry leaders, start-ups, and academics to deliver tailored solutions that address food
development challenges, drive sustainability, and create innovative products that meet evolving consumer needs.
